fly high

i don’t usually do sightseeing whenever i’m on a plane, so sitting in a window seat is not a big deal for me. and for the second time i traveled alone, i happened to get a slot on that area.. so i was just thinking to sleep for the entire duration. i am really not a fan of heights though i wish i have it.

back on track, needed to kill time for real. its a long hours of travel after all. and since i was alone and seated beside a not-so-identifiable race yet so gorgeous (really gorgeous), i left no choice but to take a nap. fyi: i am not sure of where i got intimidated with, either the window seat or the seat that taken right next to me. geezeee!
after few hours... in the midst of my sleep, i opened my eyes and this what i saw. such a beautiful view, feels like i paid not only for the ride :) this was also the first time i took a shot of clouds from above.

tokneneng

back when we were on college yrs, all my pals (including me) love street foods outside our university. the combination of yummyness and cheapyness are all yours. so when g1 resty and i went to our alma matter to attend the event for tugon we never missed the chance to eat our fave foods in our own nest. tokneneng it is! with palamig ofcourse.

they also have calamari, sliced hotdogs, homemade fishballs and balut in tokneneng form.

Ramen - so deym good!

its been so long since my last visit in japan. oh yeah i know that bringing up this topic is kinda outdated haha.. but im writing this anyway... i reminisce those days when i saw this pic in my draft box.

i like soup, everyone does especially in a rainy season or even after having a greasy type of food or the not-so-healthy ones, hot soup is a relieve. and if you want to knock out your hungry stomach and get a little warmer on it but don't want to eat variety of foods then i guess one of the answer is - Ramen.

i like noodles, it make me full but noodles here in Ph. is kinda lame. same taste, salty with a bit taste of seafood or beef (depends on what flavor you prefer). so when i got the chance to travel in the land of techy and home of ramen - Japan. i said to myself "i dont wanna miss this opportunity". i need to have one :)

they presented their ramen so stunning.. so delish.. so smellyyy.. i tasted diff flavor. i feel like i tasted every ingredients of it. its so indescribably great!

i left my heart in saitama with yu ♥

its been a week since i went home from my vacay in saitama, japan to visit my sister's family. i was just dreaming about it since i was young and then i found myself embracing those dreams... dreams that crossed reality path. still can't get over it. i miss every little thing i'd been through. in my almost 2weeks with them, i got attached to my nephew - Yu. who is known for his cute smile and undeniably charming face.
i miss every morning routine with him. it was hard to wake him up for school. convinced him to eat faster and then guided him to do his "garagara" thing. helped my sister to dress him up. then sent him to his service school bus.

i also miss his sweetness, his kisses and hugs. we used different language but we did understand each other. i guess it was all by heart ♥

i miss him and i can't do anything about it.. looking at this pictures make me smile though it stings a bit.

it has been so wonderful to be able to be with them even in a lil' while. it gives me courage to work hard and save money so i can visit them again. it challenges me to learn japanese so i can speak with him for real. and most importantly, it inspires me to go through with my life without bitterness and hesitations, value everything that i have, i was so blessed after all. i got the chance to travel in different places that i wish to.

love, hugs and kisses,
Tita

Memoirs of My 2011

though its late, i can't let my blog go tru without a year-ender blog post. my 2011 was a blast. too many experiences, ups and downs. maybe i can't go into details as much as i want to but i'm trying my best to include places and happenings that i still remember way back then (my memories are not that good, so goodluck to me haha).

January 1, 2011 - New Year's Party with my boys :)
we went outside pa nyan, buti hinde napa trouble. oh life, when people are drunk, they often do risky moves (lakas ng loob haha).

January 25, 2011 - my birthday celebration. Thanks Team! *big hugs*

February 2011 - Cagayan de Oro
one of the most extreme rides that i experienced - water rafting!

February 2011 - Camiguin (Northern Mindanao) - this is the time when my friend Miles, was so broken hearted. tama ba? or this is a moving pace na? haha

April 2011 - Splash Island. Day-tour na trip trip lang. just a last minute decision, struggle pa sa pagpunta dahil walang nakakaalam amongst us, but then again it was so much fun :)

May 2011 - Boracay! my 3 group of friends joined altogether - Thomson Reuters pals, Accenture pals and my college bitchfriends (jem & mimi).

May 2011 - Ligao City, Bicol - got the chance to visit my mother's home town. Right after our Boracay trip, i flew away to bicol. this is the first time i rode in a plane without someone. as in travel alone tlga ako. and here's what i found out - i hate kids pala. super ingay tlga nila, as in a bunch of kids playing around. but i don't hurt them naman haha. di ko lang keri tlga.. nakakahilo!

May 2011 - Potipot Island, Zambbales - last week of May, our team outing. SRA UK/ZA

June 2011 - La Virgnia Resort in Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas - Thomson Reuters' Corporate Advisory Summer Outing.

July 2011 - Harry Potter (it.all.ends.) - i have to include this in my blog cause HP became part of my child/adult-hood. and its really hard to accept that it had to end. I may not watched all of it in the big screen but at least i got the chance to watch it over n' over in HBO :) i love the whole story and the characters. kudos J.K. Rowling!

August 2011 - Bolinao - i hate the resort! Solomon's Paradise hahaha.. sorry brent :( it was really for the bad services. but theres lot of scenic attractions though...

Septemeber 4, 2011 - Isdaan Restaurant at Tarlac and the famous tacsiapo wall.

September 15, 2011 - Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan. Wow as in wow sa cave and the fact that i had the chance to personally experienced one of the wonders of the world - Subterranean Underground River.

September 16-18, 2011 - El Nido, Palawan. Ok wala ako masabi, speechless tlga ako sa place na to! This is the place wherein you can say.. proud kang nakatira ka sa Pilipinas! :)

September 2011 - Laisa Wong just got married. - she's my batchmate in PLM. Our beloved org, tugon rescue bind us together. she's one of my closest friend in the circle. (one more thing, she's gonna be a momsy soon)

October 1, 2011 - Our Lolo Eper past away :(

December 2011 - Celebrating Holiday Season at diff kind.

and that's my 2011 made of :) Thanks to all those people who chose to stay beside me, cried with me, laughed with me and got crazy. 2011 also the year where my hate-love relationships came back again. 2011 was also the most expensive year for me and it is also the year with so much fun and genuine happiness. *Cheers everyone and i wish you a happy 2012.
